Hello Dear friends, my watchers...community!

It´s been nearly 2 years since I joined DA! Nearly 40.000 views in my profile, so many watchers that added me in this short time that have passed with such relevance. I met wonderful artists, and friends...and with it my way of seeing things over...I grew with it and I learned with it, as I am still doing.

I am nearly closing my first year in university and so far with good ratings on the subjects! That´s why I have been little bit inactive here in the last months. For the people that did not had the chance to know, I am a first year Graphic Designer Student in  ESEIG University in Vila do Conde - Portugal, and never expected to know how much Design is important for our society, where it marks the foundation of our entire economy. identity and future, in a place more and more globalized with a mass communication and powerful media!

I had a goal in my life before this moment, and now I lost it, because I am open for every single opportunity that places between me, I gained not only new skills but new expectations. We do not know what will hit the next door, even more than ever in a moment of tremendous instability and crisis in my country. We still see a bright future where I don´t know yet the meaning of success, just many ways to accomplish it.

I thank you all of you that been supporting me before and since this moment, in a community that have more than a meaning to all the Art, Photography and Design.

Hello Dear Watchers, Friends, and all the DA community!

After long time spent on the Mind´s Heart drawing, I am beginning a new one, again only using one pencil, mostly will be 6B again, which is the one I really love to use :3

I have some university projects going on right now, and I want to tell you that my Photography classes began 2 weeks ago and I am so happy For now I am reviewing what I already know, and  created Pinhole cameras, but I can´t wait to begin the real lessons about it   

I want to ask you to visit Susyn profile! Someone really special and talented! She´s in my class with me at Design University and I really love her Drawings that sometimes will make you ROFL for a long time xD


To close my journal I will announce the Artist of the week #9, another photographer which I believe it´s one of the most emotive ones that I found till now.

All her gallery show us some kind of magic, something that in my opinion is really important for a macro photo, at least withing this marvelous water drops, beautiful and colorful flowers, glittering all over smooth feathers just like a fairy tale. The compositions are all perfect with a mix of really smooth colors like the blue or the calm red.

Hello Dear Friends, Watchers and Deviant Art Community!

It´s been a crazy weekend to me hehe This Saturday was the 23th birthday of my good friend João Franco. We had Poker, Pro Evolution Soccer, a Big Chantilly Cake, Luis with his new toy: The Canon EOS 500D xD, ect, ect,...It was really fun, thank you for the invite and Happy Birthday João, you´re really a good friend! It really came on the right moment since I had a really bad week with personal problems along.

This Week I should know the classification I had on the two 1/semester disciplines: Computer I and Context Design, so I hope it went well hehe

Not only showing a remarkable skill around the Photography,...all his Photojournalism, Spontaneous Portraits, Street Photography,...all the expressions, the actions, the people, the streets,...all that tell us a story behind measures. JACAC capture a life with meaning in his photos, taking the moment with him, the right one; Making creativity going further. His photos shows us a study of the places and with it he joins. The monochromatic, the Black & White gives it a really dramatic and nostalgic feeling to them...the documentary pressure around all his portfolio is incredible and really worth to look at it.

Hello Dear Friends, Watchers and all the Deviant Art Community

I need to ask sorry for the latest inactivity and mostly for my "Artist of the Week" which is delayed and which I will update this weekend. This entries take me a few time to think and write a comment of what I think about them, mostly because there are many many many amazing and remarkable artists in this community and that make it difficult.
Then I have University projects and my Anime addiction came along lol So all that mixed around with the photography took me lots of time this 2 months,...

But hey I am in intermediation holidays (with some projects ofc ^^) but I have plenty of time to think more about my writings.

Anyway I here for a short time to tell you that another suggestion for the Daily Deviations that I made some time ago have been accepted and what a great moment to tell you that was one of the works of WindyLife:



"The culture of a country really marks who we are. We can´t forget our origins even when life takes it away, that´s what i feel when i look at the superb atmosphere of festivity and happiness of many people in this remarkable work. That´s what leaves a "footprint" in history. It´s not the war, the violence, the greed, the corruption, the racism. That only leaves us with scars. The real thing is when people respect each other and live together! Don't we all wish for that one day?"

Artist of the Week #6: WindyLife













He really traps our vision along all this glorious shots, which are indiscreetly beautiful and tremendous amazing. Showing a skill in all kind of photography, from the virtuous and colorful detailed Macro Photos to the intense and retractile photojournalism this artist amazes me with such pleasant feeling and making me want to be better each day that passes by.

Hope you like it as much as I did.
